I graduated from University of Cambridge (MSci, Natural Sciences, Chemistry, 1st class hons, 2021), and just finished my PhD in Materials Chemistry at University College London, where I held a Postgraduate Teaching Assistantship (2021-2025).
Originally an international student from Romania, I have first hand understanding of my students' struggles in their preparation. I am an Associate Member of the Higher Education Academy, awarded for my contribution to teaching and advance techniques (awarded in June 2025).
I have been part-time tutoring for over 6 years, focusing on admission to university in the UK and Europe. Since 2023, I have been a mentor on the UK Chemistry Olympiad working group, helping the best students prepare for the international part.
